All lots, parcels or units, hereina,fter referred to as Camp- sites, in the subdivision are hereby desiqnated RECREATIONAL CAMPSITES FOR CAMPIl~TG TRAILERS, including within such cateqory, tent type folding trailers, pick-up~ca.mpers, modern travel trailers and ather similar types of ca.mpinq trailers and equipment that are mobile, hereinafter referred to as "principal carrying f.acility". NOT ExCLUDED within such classification . _ sha11 be folding tents not mounted on wheels. No permanent or semi-perma- nent structure may be erected on any ca.mpsite in the subdivision nor may any trailer which is designed as permanent livinq quarters be located or placed on any campsite, it beinq the declarecl' intent of the subdivider to exclude mobile hometis from use on the campsites a~d to create and maintain an axea desiqn- ed for the maximum beauty and benefit of campers. PROVIDED, further, that tables, benches, fireplaces and qrills, may be erected, but no personal prop- erty except as provided immedia.tely above, sha11 be permitted .to rernain where it can be seen by other campers or visitors to the area., except when the campsite is actually in use; provided, further, however, that the foregoing shall not apply to the principal ca.mpinq facility which may be allowed to rem ' on the campsitre even though not in use. No campinq fa,cility shall be placed on a unit for more tha,n five days without the said facility havi.nq been approved, by a duly authorized representa.tive of the Association, as havinq met the above requirements as to condition and type of facility, and said facility shall thereafter be ~ inspected and approved annually as to condition. The foregoing sha.ll be deemed to prohibit the construct~on ar~d maintenance of fences and ra~iio and TV antennas on the campsites. ONLY ONE(1) principal camping facility may be located or maintained on each campsite. ~ 2. No animals or fowl shall be kept or maintained on the camp- sites egcept customary household pets, and then only on a leash. No signs of _ any kind sha11 be displayed on any campsite without the written consent of the ; Association, or its assigns or successor. ~ ~ 3. An easement five (5) feet in width is reserved alonq each of the lot lines of each campsite in the subdivision for the insta.l.lation and main- tenance of utility services and it is understood that such easement may be used by the subdivider and/or its assiqns for such installation and maintenance, as the case miqht be. . • 4. No outside toilets sha,ll be installed or allowed on any campsite. Holiday Out has 'or will insta.ll suita.ble and adequa.te sanitary facilities as provided by the Laws of the State o.f Florida, and each user of such fa,cilities ~ agrees to protect the sa.me and prevent loss or damaqe to accrue thereto. , ~ 5. No nuisance shall be allowed upon the condominium property nor any use or practice which is the source of annoyance to residents, or which interfers with the peaceful possession and proper use of the property by its residents. All parts of th~ property shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition, and no rubbish, refuse or qarbaqe sha.ll be allowed to accumulate, w.
