Service Comparsy, ite aucceaeors nnd asaigns, provide water aerviae
to the property, it being the intention of the partiea hereto that
under the foreqoinq provisian and alao other proviaione of this
Aqreement, Service Company shall have the sole and exclusive riqht
and privileqe to provide water service to the property.
_~Notwithstandinq the foreqoing it is contemplated hy the
parties that the Developer, its successors and asaiqns, will accept
ter service from the Service Company on a ~naster meter basis.
Therefore, the Developer, ita succesaors and assigna, is hereby
given the right to rediatribute and sub-meter water service to
consumers within the property and make a reasonable charge to them
for thia service.
$IG~S: Service Company agrees~that the initial rates to
e charged to water service shall be those shown in the rate sche-
dulea annexed hereto, made a part hereof, and marked ~xhibit "B".
owever, notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement, Service
, Company may establish, amend or revise from time to time in the
future and enforce different rates or rate schedules reflecting
rates lower or higher than those shown in ~xhibit "B". However,
any such lower or higher rates or rate schedules so established
and enforced shall at all times be reasonable and subject to such
regulations as may.be provided by law or contract. ~
Notwith~tandinq any provision in this Agreement, Service
ompany may establish, amend or revise from time to time in the
future and enforce_rules and requlations covering water service to
; the property. However, all such rules and regulations so estab-
lished by Service Company shall at all times be reasonable and sub-
ject to such regulations as may be provided by law or contract.
~Any such initial or future, 2ower or increased rates, rate
schedules, and rules and regulations eatabliahed, amended, or re-
vised and enforced by Service Company from time to tiuae in the fu-
ture, shall be binding upon_Developer; upon any person or other en-
tity ~ldinq by, throuqh or under Developer; and upon any user or
ons~mer of the water service provided to the proper~y by Service
