Service under thi8 schedule ia subject to the current and
future General Rules,and Requlations for Water Service on file
in the principal office of Southern Gulf Utilities, Inc., and made
a par~ hereof by reference._.
The Company may from time to tiane in the future eatablish,
amend or revise, and enforce different rules and regulations and
rates or rate schedules reflecting rates lower or higher than
those establiahed below. 8owever, any auch lower or higher ratee
or rate schedulea so e8tabliahed and enforced from time to time
by the Company ahall at all times be reasonable and subject to
such requlationa as may be p=ovided by law or co.ntract.
BilZs for service will be rendered monthly, quarterly, or
for such periods as may be stated in the rate schedule below.
Initial Water Service Rates are as follows:
5/8-Inch Meter
-$4.00 per month (min.) including the use of 4,000 qallons
.85 per thousand galloas for the next 6,000 gallons
.65 per thou$and gallons for the next 10,000 gallons
.50 per thousand gallons for all over ~ 20,000 gallons
1-Inch Meter
$9.10 per month (min.) including the use of 10,000 gAllons
! .65 per thausand gallons for the next 10,000 gallons
.50 per thousand gallons for all over 20,000 gallons
