Said party of the first p3rt, JACKSO~T B. KING, on the ~St2s
day cf .Octvber., 1967, by petition applied to the County Judge in
and for St. Lucie Cou~:ty, Florida, for authority to sell his ward's
two-thirds interest in certain real estate in sai~ county and atate
hereinafter described, averring it_is necessary and expedient to
sell the same and also each and every jurisdictional factj and the
prayer i.n said petition havir~g appeared to and found by said ~zdge
to be reasonable and just and aaid petition true and the sale to the
' best interest of_said RAYMOND DSNDTISON, said court rendered the
Order dated the 5th day of ~O~tober, . 1967, directing said party of
the first part to~sell his ward's two-thirds interest in said real
estate at private sale, the said party of the first part having
contracted to sell the said real estate ta the said party of the
second part for the stnn of $1,333.34, to be paid in cash subject to
a lOg6 realty cot~anission and the usual and ordinary cost of sale,
and said party of the first part having reported said contract to
said court, and said court being fully advised in the premises,
found that the price offered for said real estate and the said eon-
tract fair and reasonable, atid the conditions of such sale such as
the interest of said RAYMOND DENL~ISON required, by Order rendered ~
on the 5th day of Oetober;, 1967 ratiffed saicl contract of sale of
the real estate as hereinafter set forth.

NO~W, THERSFORE, in consideration of Y.he premises and the sum of
$1,333.34, in hand paid, said party of the first part hereby
grante, bargai.ns, sells, aliens, remisea, releases, conveys and
