confirms unto the said party of the second part, and to his heirs ~
and assigns forever, that certain land in said County of St. Lucie,
Sta~B of Florida, described as follaws:
Heginning at the SS corner of~the NS~1 of the SW~ ~
of Section 9, Tawnship 35 South, Range 40 East,
run N 402 feet to point of beginnings thence run
W 210 feets thence N.70 feet~ thence S 210 feet~
thence S 70 feet to point o~ beginning, containing
approximately 1/3 acre of land and being in St.
J,ucie County. Florida; less right-of-way for public street.
TOGBTH$R with all and singular the tenements, hereditamenta
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaininq.
TO HAVE AND TO 80LD the same unto the said party of the second
part and to his heirs and assigns, in fee simply forever.
AND the said party of the first part~doth hereby covenant
to and with the said party of the second part, his hefrs and assigns,
that in all things preliminary to and in and about said sale and .
