THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this ,_____'day of September, 1967,
by and between AL jOHNSON MOTORS, INC. , hereinafter callsd the Lessor, and
jOYCE MOTORS, INC. , of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, State of F~orida, herein-
after called the Lessee, ~

That the said Lessor does this day lease unto the said I.essee and said
Lessee does hereby hire and ta?ke as tenant under said Lessor the followinq de-

The North 105 feet of the South 225 feet of the
North 1100 feet of that part of the E 1/2 of the '

to be used and occupied by the Lessee as a used car lot .

aqreed total rental of THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($33, 000. ~0) DOLLARS,

$275.00 on the Sth day of December, 1967, and
$275.00 on the fifth day of each month thereafter -
durinq the term of this lease, ~
all payments to be made to the Lessae at its office in the city of Fort Pierce,

The followinq express stipulations and oonditions are made a part of
this lease and are hereby assented to by the Lessee:
1. The Lessee shall not assiqn this lease without first obtaining
the written consent of the Lessor, and Lessor aqrees that such oonsent will not
~ be unreasonably withheld.
2. All personal property placed or moved in the premises above de-
scribed shall be at the risk of the Lessee and Lessor shall not be liable for any
damaqe to said personal property.
