Hiqh- way ~1 in Section 15, Township 35 South, Range ~ . 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida. to be used and occupied by the Lessee as a used car lot . ~ , for the term of ten (10) years, beqinninq on the first day of December. 19 67 , and ending on the 30th day of November, 19?? , at and for the aqreed total rental of THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($33, 000. ~0) DOLLARS, ° payable as follows: $275.00 on the Sth day of December, 1967, and $275.00 on the fifth day of each month thereafter - durinq the term of this lease, ~ all payments to be made to the Lessae at its office in the city of Fort Pierce, ~ Florida, or at such other place and to such other person, as the Lesscir may from ~ ; time tro time designate in writing. The followinq express stipulations and oonditions are made a part of this lease and are hereby assented to by the Lessee: 1. The Lessee shall not assiqn this lease without first obtaining the written consent of the Lessor, and Lessor aqrees that such oonsent will not ~ be unreasonably withheld. 2.
