County, Florida;
That such claims of lien were recorded December 15, 1966
' in Official Records Book 161, Paqe 366, St. Lucie County Records _
and February 16, 196?, in Official Records Book 164, Paqe 1965,
St. Lucie County Records, the amounts of such claimsbeing
$4,795.68 and $1442.00, respectively;
That the fee simple title above described and a~ainst which
~ such Claims of Lien were filed is owned by Edgewater Apartments of

Fort Pierce, Inc.j

€ That pursuant to Florida Statutes, Section 84.241(1), said
