Insurance Comparur, an Arkansas corporation authorized to conduct an insurance-

might have; as to why Broward Miiliaas, State Treasurer~and ex offfcio
Insurance Conmissioner of the State of florida, should not be appointed "
Receiver of Respondent, in the State of Florida. for the purpose of conserving
the assets of Respondent in Florida.
