(6) The appointmertt of an Ancillary Receiver in the State of
Florida:to as3ist the Oomiciliary Conservator in the preservation of the assets
of Respondent, in this State is desirable and in the best interest of policy-
holders, creditors and claimants having claims against the assets of Respondent.
(7) Respondent has assets within the State including, but not limited -
to, securities on deposit with the Relator in the approximate amount of
' ~352,000.00 par value. ~
i1NEREFOR~, TT IS C4NSIDERED, ORDERED and OECREED ?HAT:
• 1. Sroward Wi 1 l i ams, State Treasurer and ex offi ci o Insurance
Conmissioner of the State of Florida, is hereby appointed Ancillary Receiver
of North M~erican Guaranty Insurance ComparUr, an Arkansas corporatfon authorized
to conduct an insurance lwsiaess fn tt~e State of Florida.
2. The Ancillary Receiver is authoriZed and directed to~:
(a) Take immediate possession of all the property, assets,~
and estates including, but not limited t~, ali offices maintained by the
Respondent, and a11 rights of action, books, papers, evidence of debt, and
all other property of every kind whatsoever,wheresoever located in this
State, belonging to said~Company, including,~but not limited to, a11 bank
, _
accounts, stocks, bonds, debentures, mortgages, furnfture, fixtures and office
~ supplies, and all real property of said Respondent, situate in Florida, and
to hold all such ass~ts pending further Orders of this Court.
~b) Proceed to collect ar~y and all debts due and owing
Respondent, including, but not ifmited to, funds held by agents of the

Respondent under agency contracts due and owing to'Respondent.
(c) Apply to the Court f4r further instructions in the discharge ~
of his duties.
(d) Appoint one or more Deputy Receivers to act for him and
. to en~ploy such counse~, c~erks and assistants as he deems necessary, and further
authorizing the compensation of such deputies, counsel, clerks and assistants
and all expenses af taking possession of the assets of Respondent and af con-
ducting these proceedings as fixed by the Ancillary Receiver and approved by
