RESO~I.UTION NO. 67 "
WH$RSAS, the FORT PISRC$ PORT & AIRPORT AUTHORITY by
Resolution adopted on October 31, 1962 and recorded in Official
.
Record Book 49, at pagea 426 to 430, established certain pro--
tective covenants as to the Airport Industrial Park, Unit l, as
recorded in Plat Book 12, at page 40, which were amended by reso-
lution adopted on April 28, 1965 and recorded in Official Record
Book 167, at pages 1465, 1466, and
WS$REAS, Paragraph No. 21 of Part "C" of said restrictive
covenants expressly reaerves to said Port and Airport Authority
the right to modify such restrictions.
N(yW, T~REFOR$, BE IT RESOLVSD by the Board of` Com~tnission-
ers of the Fort Pierce Port and Airport Authority in meeting
,assembled this lOth day of October, 1967, that said restrictive
