THIS INDIIdTURE, Made this 21 day oP July , 1967,
between FRED W. HOOPER, F. E. MACHI,T, JR. and R. F. MACRLE,
comprising a ma~ority oY the surviVing directors of ST.LIICIE
RIVFR LAND COMPANY, a dissolved Florida corporation, as ~
Trustees for the assets of said corperat3on, of the County
o~ Dade, in the State of Flor~da, parties of the first part,
and G~ITRAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a De18Ware corporation,
authorized to transact bus3ness in tt~e State of Florida, w3th
its principal offices at 2828 Coral Way, Miemi, Dade County,
Florida, party of the second part. .
WITNESSSTH, That the said part3es of the first pert,

hand paid by the said party of the second part, the rece3pt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, have rem3sed, released and
quit-claimed, and by these presents do remise, release and
quit-claim unto the said psrty of the second part anc] its

est, claim and demand which the part3es of the first pert have
