Book 168, at Paqe 1096, of.the St. Lucie County Public Re- cords= ' WBEREAS, 8oward F. Howe and Lucille M. flowe, his wife, have co-siqned and quaranteed the payment,of the note in the anaun of $14,750.00, which note is secured by the abovesaid mortqaqet WHEREAS, It is the intention of both of the uadersiqned to protect the rights of each other in connection with this guarantee TBBRSFORS, RNOW ALL MS1~1 BY TS$S$ PRSS$AiTS: That, the undersigned has stipulated and aqreed as follows: ~ 1. That in the event that Nedrick M. Dodd and Mamie Dodd should default on the above-described mortqage loan with the said Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association, and in the event ~ . , that the undersigned, Haward F. Howe and Lucille M. Hawe, his wife ' shall be forced to make payments on said mortqaqe note, then these payments shall constitute andbe a lien on the followinq described real property: Lot 6 and 7, Block 2, of a re-subdivision of HIGHL,AND PARR SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 9, Paqe 11, of the St. Lucie County, Flo~ida Public Records. 2. That all such payments shall be a lien on said propert and this lien shall be perfected by any payments that the said co-siqner shall be called upon by said Citizens Federal to make to that said Citizens Federal, and upon the said co-siqner makinq sai payments, then they shall have a lien for the amount of said pay- ments on the above-described real property, and shall be entitled - to foreclose this lien after fifteen (15) days written notice to the said borrowere as fully as thouqh this lien were repsesented b a second mortqaqe for the amount of said payments. . 3.
