siqners hereinafter referred to are liable on the mortqaqe herein-

4. The co-siqnera shall be entitled to pay any interest o
taxes whfch may be necessary to protect their interest, and these
payments shall be liene on the above-described property in the
manner set forth in this instrument. ~
5: In the event that an action to foreclose this lfen is
commnenced by the co-siqners, then the borrowers aqree to pay the
co-signers' reasonable attorney's fees incurred inconnection with
