WITNBSSETA: That the Grantors for and in ccnsideration of the sum of

acknowledqed, by these presents doea grant, barqain, sell, alien, remise, re-
lease, convey~and confirm unto the qrantee, all that certain land situate in

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining~ ~
TO HAVS AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever. ~
AND the Grantor8 hereby~covenant.with said Grantee that they are lawfully
seized of said land in fee simplet }hat they have good riqht and lawful author-
ity to sell and convey said lands that they hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and wi11 defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons -
whomsoever; and that sa~d land is free of all encumbrances.
This conveyance is made`subject to`the followinq conditions and restrictions
which shall be construed as covenants real running with the land to wit:
1. Subject to existing easements, if any and to easements shown on the sub-

2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded in Deed Book 252
