~ IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT THE MORTGAGEE AND MORTGAGORS
COVENANT AND AGREE THAT:
~ (1) The MORTGAGOR herein ahall make withtn 7 days of ihe due date, the payments called
for in the l8t nwrtgege now enwmbering this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein at
it8 offioe or sane other plaae as designated by the MORTGAGEE herein. .
(2) The MORTGAGOR herein shall pay within 30 days of the due date ali pertinent charges for ~ro and
windstorm insuronoe, all sd valorem dty and/or aounty taxes, any special improvement assessmenta and sny ~
other special governmental assessments or charges.
(3) If the MORTGAGOR herein do not make the psyments on the 18t mortgage , the fire and
windstorm insuranoe premiums and governmental taxes or speaal assessments sa they oorne due, as wel) as
the p~ymenta called for in this mortgaye deed, then the MORTGAGEE herein can at ite
option make these paymants, adding said payments made to the balanae due J~ereunder. If any one or ell of -
the aforesaid psyments remain unpaid for a period of 7 days or more, then ihe MORTGAGEE cen at it8
option, without fu~ notioe dedare the bslanoe due unde~ this mortgage due and payable in full at onoe ~
and forthwith plsae the matter in the hands of an attorney for oollection or enforaement. In this event all
oosts incuned will be cha~geable to the balenoe due und~ this mortgsge.

The MORTGAGOR herein will at the request of the MORTGAGEE herein, refinsnoe the fint mortgage
now encumbering this property at any time deemed desirable by the MORTGAGEE herein. The pro- ~
ceeds of the said refinanciny ahall be applied against the unpaid balanoe due hereunder.
(6) The MORTGAGOR herein will bs at the request of the MOltTGAGEE herein ecknowledge, in writing,
the existenoe of this mortgage and the amount still due thereon on a~toppel form prov~ded for tfii: pur-
pose by the MORTGAGEE .
