HomeMy WebLinkAbout2128 ' . . . , . - ~ _ . _ . . • • CONTRACT FOR SEPARATION , j;EjLr~ This contract agreement entered•into by and'between NANI ATT and WILLIAM HENRY HARGATE, husband and wife, this ay of September; A.D., 1964 at Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie Coutt~y, Florida, for the purpose of separating the properties preaently by them held in the Stete of Florida and in consideratio of their mutual desires and because of their intolerable and unbearable differences preventing their peaceful cohabitation and in contemplation of Ziving apart, have further agreed as folloks: 1. That these parties agree to live separate and apart from this date henceforth or until they shall subsequently agree - in writing to supersede this agreement and in conjunction with. their agreement to live separate and apart-they further agree: (a) That neither of the parties will interfere with the ' actions of the other nor will they molest or attempt to become involved in the affairs of the other from thie date henceforth and thet theq shall live separate and apart for all purposes , , whatsoever, each being free farom interference or molestation each from the_other living separately and apart at all times. (b) NANIE HA1tGATE agrees as follo~s: i. That s he re le as es W ILL IAM H~+1RY HARGATE f rom any and all claims whatsoever arising between them or on her behalf by reason of her onarriage to him. . 2. That she releases and conveys to him any and all righ s she may have in $nd--.to the personal property of WII.LIAM HENRY HARGATE particularly releasing to him such rights as would innure to her in one 1961 Ford automobile and/or any other property. (c) W ILLIAM HENRY HARGATE agrees and covenants as follows 1.
