THIS CAUSE coming on this da~y to be.heard u~on the Motion of .
8roward Williams, State Treasurer and ex officio Insurance Commissioner, as
Ancillary-Receiver of North M~erican Guaranty Insurance CompaRy,~ Respondent,
for entry of an Order of this Court canceilt~q all insurance poli.cies, surety
contracts.and other contracts of insurance issued by Respondent to residents
of Florida, the Domiciliary Receiver having .specially appeared, waived service
of process, notice of hearing, and consented to the entry of such an Order,
and for a further Order directing all agents, subagents, brokers or producing
agents of Respondent to comply with the provisions of Sectian 631.341, florida
Statutes, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED, ADJUOGED and DECREED that a'I1 insurance policies, surety
contracts and other contracts of insurance issued by Morth American Guaranty
Insurance Company to residents of Florida be, and the same hereby are, can-
celled by thfs Court as of 12:01 A.M., Tuesda~y, October 17, 19b7. -
