MATERS, as Trusteos, under that certaln Trust Agreemant dated Feb~uary . { 5, 1957, reco~ded in Deed Book 236, page 209 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florlda, said~executors and trustees togeth~r-hereinafter called the Mort- gagor, and LON WORTH CROM, Jr., as T~ustee for the LON VORTH CROW COMPANY EMPLOYEES' PROFIT SHARIM6 FUMD, hereinafte~ called Mortgages, W i T N~ S S E T H: ~ WHEREAS, Mor~tgagor on the 22nd day of July 1963, dTd make, execute and deltver to Lo~ Vorth Crow Company, a Florida corporation, a certain martgage note and aart- gage~securinq same, said mcrtgage baing recorded~in the Clerk's File No. 1y7379 of tha Public Records of St. Lucie County, Flor.ida, and aiaended by a Modification . Agreamsnt dated July 26, 1963, reoorded in Official Record Book 67 at Page 449 of said Public Records; a~d . ~ MHEitEAS, satd mortgage was further nadifted a~d extended by agreement dated August 31, 1966, wl~ich agreeaent was filed in the aforesald Public Records under Clerk's Rile No. 148204 ; and , MMEREAS, the abav~ dsscribed mortgage, as modified and extended, encumbe~s the foliawing property: Lots 4,5 and 6 of J. P. Heerman's Subdivision, of ~ 6a?er~nment Lots 2 and 3 of Section 29, Tawnship 36 South, Ra~ge 41 East, according to the Plat thereof, - recorded in Plat Book 1, at page 203 of the Pubtic Records of St. Lucia County, Florida; and MNEREAS, said iaortgage as modified and extended has bee~ assig~ed, transferred to and ts held by the above descrtbed mortgagee, ~on Mlorth Crow, Jr., Trustee; and , MHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties hereto to further modify and extend the aforesaid note and mortgage. NObI THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing the parties agree as fol- iows: The unpaid prl~cipal balance due and awing under the above described note and mortgage is ~15,000 with interest due thereon at the rate of 8% per annum, satd intarest owing from September l, 1967.
