Pierce, Florida, and that in purauance of a contract with
James W. Swan and $tta J. Swan, husband and wife, lienor fur-
nished labor, service and materials consiating of mowing, re-
settinq trees, cleaninq drain pipes and sprayinq the citrus
trees on the groves vwned by the lienee on the follawing des-
cribed real praperty in St. Lucie County, Florida: Grove No.
6- In the SE~ of the L~'~,~ of Section 8, Tvwnship 36 South,
Range 39 $ast, consistinq of 37.85 acres owned by James ~P.•
Swan and $tta J. Swan, his wife of a total value of FIVS
