wITNESSETH: That the Grantors for and in consideration of the swa of

belonging or in anywise appertaining. .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the sazae in fee simple forever. ~

AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that they are lawfully "
seized of said land in fee simple~ that they have good right and lawful author-
ity to sell and convey said`land; that thep•hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the same agaiRSt the lawful clauns of all persona
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
This conveyance is made subject to.the following conditions and restrictions
which shall be construed as covena~ts real running with the land to wit:
1. Subject to existing easements, if any arid to easements shown on the sub-
division plat.
~ 2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded its Deed Book 239-
at Page 415 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Subject to taxes for the year ~9 66 and subsequent years.
