19 67 by DQNALD L. SHEPHARD, AS TRU3TEE, and JSROME A. SIMONS. AS TRUSTES,
hereinafter called the-Grantors, to Mrs. Ruth H. Mather
whose postoffice address is Huntinqton Towers Apt. 523-E
Alexandria, Virqinia
hereinafter called the Grantee:
WiTNESSETH: That the,Grantors for and in consideration of the sum oi

lease, convey and confirm unto the graritee, all that certain land situate in

page 48 , Public Records of St. Lucie County. Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that they are lawfully
seized of said land im fee sfmple; that t,he.y have qood right and lawful author-
ity to sell and convey said land; thaE they hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
This conveyance is made subject to the following conditions and restrictions
which shall be construed as covenants real running with the land to wit:
1. Subject to existing easements, if any and to easements shown on the sub-
division plat.
2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded it~ Deed Book 252
~ at Page 239 , public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Subject -to taxes for the year I9 66 and subsequent years.
