requested an Order to sell the hereinafter described praperty,to
the parties of the second part, in pursuance of deposit receipt -
agreement entered into by the Sxecut~r, with the Court'a permis-
sion, on September S, 1967, with the parties of the second part, ~
wherein the consideration for said property was agreed to be
