KNOW ALL ME:N BY THESE PRESENTS ~ That (1~ARLES E. BECEIT, ATTORNE ,
of the Gity of Fort Pierce, in the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
other valuable cons;.derations and Ten and no/100 (~10.00) Dollars
lawful money of the United States, to him peid by ROY L. NEILL, of
the City of Fort Fierce, County of St. Lucie, and State of Fl.orida,
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained, sold, transferred and delivered, and by these
preaents does grant, bargain, aell, transfer and deliver unto the

assigns, the following goods and chattels:
All items of office equipment, packing house equipment,_
packing house supplies, packing house i.anprovements and
fixtures not considered permanent additions to the packing
house, which packing house is designated as Unit ~2, Fort
Pierce State Farn~ers Market, and in which said Unit the
foregoing is located, excepting those items the title to
which has been divested by virtue ot Suit #30061-L.filed
in the Circuit Court of tne Ninth~Judicial Circuit, In and
For St. Lucie County, Florida, and Suit #3006-L, filed in
. the Circuit Court of ~ne Ninth J udicial C ircuit, In and For
St. Lucie Countq, Florida.
~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the party of the second part
his executors, administrators and assigns forever.
AND he does, for himself an d his heirs, executors and administ a-

executors, administrators and assigns, that he is the lawful owner
of said goods and chattels. ~
