Personally appeared before me, the underaigned suthority, Robert
• L. ~Tinter, who being by me first duly cautioned aad sworn, deposes and says:
1. Central Bank and Trust Company, as Trustee under Laad Trust
57-147, gave a deed dated December 11, 1962 to Lindsley Lumber Compan~ as to
that certain garcel of land located in St. Iucie County, FLorida, more par-
ticularly described as follows:
Beginning 123 ft. Bast of the center line of U. S.
Highway No. 1 on the S. rigbt of way boundary of Savannah
::y Road (Also referred to as iiater Plant Road) for a point of
: beginning; go S. 200 ft. along the B. right of way line of ~
~ that certain right of way owned by the City of Fort Pierce

2. Affiant was attorney for the beneficiaries under said Trust "
and handled the closing with and through George L. Patterson, Jr., Sequire,
~ attorney for Lindsley iumber Compauy.

~ 3. It was affiant's inteation and the intention of the beneficiaries
' to convey the property to the client of George L. Patterson, Jr., that is,
I,indsley I~umber Company, a Delaware corporation, whereas the Grantee was
incorrectly identified in said deed as a Florida corporation.
