Central Bank and Trust Company, as Trustee under Laad Trust 57-147, gave a deed dated December 11, 1962 to Lindsley Lumber Compan~ as to that certain garcel of land located in St. Iucie County, FLorida, more par- ticularly described as follows: Beginning 123 ft. Bast of the center line of U. S. Highway No. 1 on the S. rigbt of way boundary of Savannah ::y Road (Also referred to as iiater Plant Road) for a point of : beginning; go S. 200 ft. along the B. right of way line of ~ ~ that certain right of way owned by the City of Fort Pierce (vhich lies immediately Bast of the right of way for U.
