Through the negotiations and acquisition. of this property, affiant was acting for Lindsley Lumber Company, a Delaware corporation. S. The consideration for the purchase Was received by affiant's firm from Lindsley Iumber Company, a Delaware corpoxation, and paid out to ` Central Bank and Trust Company, as Trustee under Land Trust 57-147 for and on behalf of Lindsley Iumber Compaay, a DelaWare corporation. 6. The aforesaid deed Was dated December 11, 1962,-~an~ the closing took plac:e on or about May 24, 1963, at which timea there Was no Florida corporation with the name Lindsley I~umber Company or a similar name. ~ 7.
