1967 by and between the CITY OF FOhT PShItGE, hereinafter ~
reYerred to as "CITY", and the Fort Pierce and St. Zucie
County Recreation Board, hereinafter referred to aa "BO~RD".
WIiEREA5, the City and the North St. Lucie xiver Drain--
age Distri~t on March 2, 1961 entered into an agreemen~t .
governing the pumping of water out of Five ldile Creek and into
the municipal reservoir and t~e aupervision of the water aon-
trol installation in Five Mile Creek at State Road ?0; and
KTNEREAS, the City and tr.e Board, on February 13, 1967,
entered into an agreement concerning the management of a re- ~
creational area at tr.e City owned Savr~uia, formerly the
municipal~reservoir, which will require the pumping of water
from said Five Mile Creek in the same manner ~s it was pre-
~
viously pumped into t~e City reservoir. .
NOW, THER~FOR~:, it is agreed by t~nd between the parties
hereto aub3ect, however, ~to the consent of tr.e North St. Zucie
81ver Drainage District that the Board shall be entatled to
pump water from said Five Mile Creek into the Savanna accord-
ing to the terms and conditions of t,~e two (2) agreementa
above referenced and thereby made a part hereof as though
fully set forth herein.
