MODIFICATION OF AGRE~NT FOR Da13D ~
W~REA.S, on July 16, 1962, BLBERT P. I~YSR and .
SARAH W. I~YSR, his wife, parties of the first part,
and G~N$ HAYSS and BESSI$ BAYSS, his wife, partiea of the
aecond part, made and executed a certain Aqreement for Dee~l,
and the same was thereafter recorded in Official Record Book
41, paqe 354, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, coverinq the following described land in 9~. Lucie

plat thereof recorded in Chancery Order Book
2, page 224, Brevard County, Florida, public
