certain Mortgaqe Deed in writinq, covering certain property aituate,
lyinq and beinq in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly de-
scribed as follows:
All of Government Lot 2, Section 23,
Township 37 South, Range 40 Sast (con-
taininq 67 acres, more or less),
TOGETIIER with all riparian rights thereunto
belonqinq;
; EXCLiJDING, however, the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4
~ of the NE 1/4 (located in Government Lot 2),
Section 23, Township 37 South, Range 40
East, beinq the North 660 feet of the West
660 feet of the property hereby encumbered
and contaiaing 10 acres,
said mortqaqe having been recorded in Official Record Book 106 Page
328 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and al•1 re-
ferences hereinafter contained'to "the mortgaqe" mean the mortgage
just herefn described; and -
WHBREAS, the parties hereto desire to amend and modify the
mortqaqe in the matters and particulars hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORS, in consideration of the sum of TSN ($10.00) ~
DOLLARS and other qood and valuable considerations in hand paid by

the parties hereto, each.to the other, simultaneously with the execu-
tion and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the parties hereto covenant and aqree each with the
