tion existing under the laws of F~orida, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that for and in consideration of the sum of $1.OU
cash in hand paid, the receipt of ~ahich is hereby acknowledged, the
parties of the first part have this day bargained and sold, and b3~ these
presents do bargain, sell, convey, transfer, and deliver unto CITY~OF
FORT PIERCE, a permanent easement and right of way, including the
perpetual right to enter upon the real estate hereinafter described, at
any time that it may see fit, and construct, maintain, and rep~.ir, under- .
ground pipelines and/or mains for the purpose of conveying sewerage
over, across, through, and under the lands hereinafter described, to-
gether with the right to excavate and refill ditches and/or trenches -
for the locatian of said pipelines and/or mains, and the further right
to ramove trees, bushes, undergrowth and other obstructions interfering
with the location, construction, and maintenance of said pipelines and/or

The land affected by the grant of this easeznent and right of
way is located in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, and i~
more particularly described as follows:
. The South one-half of Lot 40, and all of Lot 41, Block
1, AMY ANNA PARK SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 4, page 72 of ~he public records of St. Lucie

The easement and right of way hereby granted covers a stYip
of land five feet in width over and across the above described land,
particularly described as follows:

recorded in Plat Book 4, page 72, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
