parties o~ the first part, and CITY OF FORT PIERCE, a municipal corpora-
tion existing under the laws of Florida, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that for and in consideration of the sum of $1.00
cash in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby ac1;:-owledged, the
parties of the first part have this day bargained and sold, and by these
presents do bargain, sell, convey, transfer, and deliver unto CITY OF
FORT PIERCE, a permanent easement and right of way, including the
perpetual right to enter upon the real estate hereinafter described, at
any time that it may see fit, and construct, maintain, and repair, under-
ground pipelines and/or mains for the purpose of conveying sewerage
over, across, through, and under the lands hereinafter described, to-
gether with the right to excavate and refill ditches and/or trenches
for the location of said pipelines and/or mains, and the further right
to remove trees, bushes, undergrowth and other obstructions interfering
with the location, construction, and maintenance of said pipelines and/or
mains.
The land affected by the grant of this easement and right of
way is located_in the Covnty of St. Lucie and State of Florida, and is
more particularly described as follows:
The North one-half of
Lot 40, Block 1, AMY A1dNA PARK SUBDIVISION, es per
, plat thereof recorded in Plat`Book 4, page 72 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

The easement and right of way hereby granted covers a strip
of land five feet in width over and across the above described land,
particularly described as follows:
The south five (5) feet of the North 25 feet of Lot
40, Block 1, AMY ANNA PARR SUBDIVISION, a8 per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, page 72 of the
public records of St. Lucie Caunty, Florida. .
