THIS AGR~, Made this 16th day of October, 1967, by an~i
between Rt L. SLAY, JR. and BBTTY J. SL~IY, husband and wife,
hereinafter.called Parties of the Firat Part, and OSCAR F. SMITH
and ANNA S. SMITH, his wife, of 3408 Avenue F, Fort Pierce,
Florida, hereinafter called Partiea of the Second Part,
