to pay to_the said Parties of the First Part the sum of Five
Thousand Six 8undred Seventy-one Dollars ($5,671.00) in the
manner followinq: Sixty Dollars ($60.00j g~c month commencinq
~ the 16th day of November, 1967, and Sixty Dollara ($60.00) on the
16th day of each nionth thereafter until the full amount of principal
and interest has been paid, with intesest at the rate of 6.696 per
annuna, payable monthly on the whole sum remaininq due fxom time
to tiune unpaid. Each installment payment of Sixty Dollars ($60.00)
per month first shall be applied on payment of the interest and then
on the unpaid balance oE the principal aum. If default is made in
the payment of any installment when due, then at the option of the
parties of the First Part, and without any other notice all the
remaining installments shall be due and payable at ~nce. Privilege
~ is given to pay two or more installmerits at any installment maturity
date, but this ahall not extend the tuae of maturity or any sub-
sequent installment. Neithe= forbearance, nor acceptance by the
Parties of the First Part here~f after any default in any payment
hereon, shall be deemed extension.
AND the said Parties of the Second Part for th~nselves and
their heirs, legal representatives and asaigns hereby covenant and
agree with the Parties of the Fixst Part {
l. To pay all taxes, assessments or impositions that

year 1962, and to keep the buildinq upon said premisea insured in ~
some company satisfactory to the Parties of the First Part, and
payable for the parties respectively as their interesta may appear `
