part to ma]ce any of the payments or any part ther~of, or to per-
form any of the covenants o~ their part hereby made and entered
into, this Contract shall, at the option of the ~arties of the
first part, be forfeited and ter~ninated, and the parties of the
second part then ahall forfeit all payments made by them on this
contra~t~ and such payments ahall be retained by the said partiea
of the first part in full satisfaction and liquidation of all
dan?ages by them sustained, and the said parties of the first part
shall have the riqht to re-enter and take possession of the premises .
w~thout being liable to any action therefor.
3. To pay all and singular the costs, charges and expenses,~
includinq attorney's fees, reasonably incurred or paid at any time
by said first parties, their heirs, legal representatives or assigns,
because of the failure on the part of the said second parties, their
heirs, legal r.epresentativea or assigns, to perform, comply with
and abide by each and every the stipulations, agreements, conditions
and covenants as herein set out.
4. If any of said sums of n~ney herein referred to be not
~ promptly and fully gaid within fifteen (15) days next after the same
severally become due and payable, or if each and every the stipu-
lations, agreements, conditions and covenants of this.agreement are
not duly performed, complied with and abided by, the same aggregate
sum hereinabove mentioned shall become cTue and payable forthwith
or thereafter at the opti~n of the first parties, their heirs, legal ;
representativea or assigna, as fully and completely as if the said
aqgregate sum of Five Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Dollars ($5,670.00) `
was oriqinally stipulated to be paid on such day, or the deferred
balance thereof, anything in thi$ agreement to the contrary notwith-
standinq.
