dated January 25, 1965 and recorded in 0. R. Book 109,
page 388, of the Pubiic Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
The undersigned mortgagor hereby agrees to assune
and to pay that certain mortgage on the above described
- real property, dated January 25, 1965, filed January 26,
1965, by and between F. B. Hildreth and Ada Hildr4th,
, his wife, and Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Associa-
tion of Fort Pierce, Florida, which nartgage is in the
present principal amount of 57,225•$5, and the undersigned
agree that this mortgage be merged with and consolidated
with the~said original mort§age, and agree that the supple-
` mental agreement executed simultaneously with the execu-
tion of this instrument, be fuliy applicabte to the afore-
~ said original mortgage on the above described real property.
