THIS BPECIAL WARR1~NrY DEED, Made the ;day of
November, 1967, by ST. LUCIE COUI~T1'Y-FORT PIERCE FIRE DISTRICT,
a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State
of Florida, hereinafter ealled the Grantor, to C. L. SNIITH and 1~LEN
L. SMITH, hfs wife, whose post office address is 315 North 4th Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida hereinafter called the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" aad "grantee"
include all the parties to this instrument and the
heirs, legal representatives and assigns of individuals,
and the successors and assigns of corporations) ~ -
