THIS DBED made and executed this lOth day of October, A.D.
1967,by FORT PIERCE PORfi AND AIRPORT AUTHORITY, a speeial taxing
district; hereinafter called the Grantor, to TI~ FREEDOM YACHT
COMPANY,. a Florida corporation, whose post office address is

P. O. Box 1737, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter called ~
the Grantee.
WITNSSSETH, that the Grantor, fcr and in consideration of

receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bar-
gain, sell, and convey unto the Grantee, its successors or assigns,

Lots I and 2, Block 3, of the AIRPORT
INDbSTRIAL PARK, UNIT 1, as recorded
in Plat Book 12, at page 40 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, ~
