WHSRBAS, the St. ~ucie County Plar~ning and Zoning Coiatais-~
sion, after holding a public hearing of which due notice was
published at least fifteen (1~; day~ prior to said hearing and
all property owners within 300 feet were notified by inail or" said
hearing has recommended to the Board of County Connaissioners of
St. Lucie County that the hereinafter described requests for a
change in zoning classification be DSNIED; and
WH$REAS, said Bc~ard of County Commissioners held a public
hearing on said recommendations on November 7, 1967, after first

publishinq notice of said hearing in The News Tribune on the 19th
day of October, 1967, said date being at least fifteen (15) days
prior to the date of said hearing;
NOW, TfiEREFORS, BE IT RSSOLVBD by the $oard of County Com-
missioners of St. Lucie County in meeting assembled this 7th day
of November, 1967, as follows: .
