CRUSUn; ~ . hi~: wife, of 113 Gardenia, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "SECOND PARTIES°; W I T N 8 S S S T H: That if the SECOND PARTIES shall first make the pay- ments_and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part to be made and performed, FIRST PARTIES hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure to SECOND PARTIES their heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, in fee simple, free from all encumbrances, by a good and sufficient Warranty Deed, the following descri2~ed property situate in St. Z,ucie Count~~, Florida: . I,ot 4, Block 2, SUNSET PARK SUBDIVISION, as pe~ Re-Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Page " 28, of the public records of St. I~ucie County, Florida. And SECOND PARTIES hereby covenant and agree to pay FIRST PARTII3S the sum of ELEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUHDRED DOLLA.RS ($11,600.00), with interest from date at the rate of 6~% per annum as follows: ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) upon the signing of • this agreement, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged; ~ SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($600.00) on or before the 15th day of Novesnber, 1967 ; And the balance at EIGF3TY-SIGST DOLLARS FIFTEEN CENTS ($88.15) per month beginning the lst day of December, 1967 and for 119 months thereafter. .
