All documents and instrwnents or writinqs o# any
nature shall be signed, executed, verified, ack-
nowledged, and delivered by such officers, agents,
or employees of the Association or any af them, an3
in such manner as from ti*ne to time may be deter-
minea by Resolution of the Board of Directors.
VO~V, TKEREFO!RE, BE IT RE~OLVED that the president, any Vice
Pr~sident, the Secretary, and the Treasurer of this Association, be,
and each of them, is hereby authorized and embc~k~ered to execute in
the name of this Association all documents, and instrwnents or
c,~ritings of any nature reuuired in the normal conduct of the
Association's business, and to affix the cornorate seal thereto.
?3E IT FURTHER RESOLVFD that in addition to the above, any
Assistant Vice President, Assistant Secretary or Assistant Treasurer,
tie and he is hereby author~zed to execute in the name_of this Associa-
tion, Satisfactions of '•lortgages, Assignments of Mortgages, Partial
Releases of !Rortgages, '~odifications of '4ortgages and to affix the
corgarate seal to such instruments.
RFSOLVED further that any such document, instrument or writing
