THIS QUIT-CLAIM DESD executFd this day of
February, A.~. 1967, by CARL P. WILD and SELMA R. WILD, his wife,
parties of the first part, to WILLIAM G. TYE, whose post office
address is P. O. Box 3058, Fort Pierce, Florida, party of the
second p~rt,
WITNESSETH, tHat the said parties of the fir st part, for
and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable considerations to them in hand paid by the party of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
remise, release and quit-cZaim unto the party of the second part
