THIS INDENTURE, made this lv day of February, A.D,
1967, between CARL P. WILD and SELMA R. WILD, his wif~, of the
County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, parties of the first
part, and WILLIAM G. TYE, wr.~se mailing address is P. O. Box
3058, Fort Pierce, of the County of St. Lucie and State of -
Florida, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that the parties of the first pa~t, for ~
and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other valuable considerations to them in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sol.d
