THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing and the Court,
upon_examination of the pleadinga and affidavits filed herein,
finds: 1) That defendants were personally served with process but
failed to file an answer or other pleading es required by law;
~ 2) That a Default was duly entered egainst the defendants; 3) That
there is due, awing and unpaid from defendants to plainti~f the
sum of $58,822.07, plus interest from June 1, 1966 to date in the ;

amount of $4,509.65, making a total of $6~,331.72 due plaintiff;
~ and the i:ourt being otherwise fully advised in the premises, iC is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that plaintiff, WEYERHAEUSER ~
