PRWIDED, HOWEVER, that this Partial Release shall not in any wise affect, impair, or
diminish the validity, priority, or standing of said mortgage, or the claims and
liens thereunder, as to the remainder of the property described in said mortgage ~
hereinabove mentioned, regardless of who may awn same, or any part thereof; and the
said mortgage shall remain in full ~orce and effect as to the remainder of the -
premises conveyed in said mortgage and not herein specifically re?eased.
