Tropical Beach Subdfvision, Blocks 3 and 4, as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10, at page 9, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida) in Section
1. Townshia 35 South. RanEe 40 East.
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared ~ ~
JOHN W~ ALLQUIST who, upon first being dulv sworn, c~id depose and
say that the sketch of survey prepared by Alton A. Register and
Associates dated August 3, 1967, which is attached hereto and incor-
porated in this affidavit by reference truly depicts the boundaries of
the above described real property which was acquired by this affiant
and Anna B. Allquist, his wife, by deed dated October 18, 1965, and
, recorded in Official Record Book 129, page 56? of the public records

of St. Lucie County, Florida; whichlare in the actual, physical possession
of this affiant and his wife and are the identical lands mortgaged to First ~
Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce by mortgage dated

of the pul~lic records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
