That by telegram dated October i6, 1967, John NQrman Narkey, Domiciliar Receiver of North American Guaranty Insurance Company, entered ~ y his special appearance in response to the Petition of Broward Williams, as Ancillary Receiver for Respond~nt, for the purpose of consenting to the ~ entry of an Order of Liquidation of the Florida business of the Respondent ~ f company by the Anciliary Receiver, waiving process, service of process and i ~ ~ t notice of hearing on said Petition. - ' 2. That the R2spondent, North American Guaranty Insurance ; Com~any is insolvent. 3. That R~pondent is beyond conservation and rehabilitatian and shouid be irmiediatel~ placed in liQUidation by this Court for the protection of Florida policyholders, creditors and claimants so that a time 'im~t may be ~ set within which such policyholders, creditors and claimants may file proof ~ of their claims against said Respondent in these receivership proceedings ~ wi thout further delay. _ } 600K ~69 PAGE 309 ~ ~ _ . - - -
