State af Florida, as Ancillary Receiver of NORTN AMERICAN GUARAfITY IySURANCE
COh~ANY is authorized and directed to:

l, Liquidate the assets of the Respondent and to do all thing5
necessary to effectuate the conversion of these proceedings from a conservator-
ship receivership ±o a liquidating receivership, and the Anciilary Receiver
is hereby granted all necessary authority, power and r~ighL to accomplish this
conversion in conformity with the Orders of this Court. ~ -
2. Take immediate possession of all th~ property, asset~ and estate,
~ i ncl udi ng, but not 1 imi ted to, al 1 offi ces mai ntai ned by the Res,.;,ndent, and ~
all rights of action, books, papers, evidence of debt, and all other property
of every kind whatsoever, wheresoever located in this State, belonging to
said Respondent, including, but not limited to, all bank accounts, stocks,
bonds, debentures, mortgages, furniture, fixtures and office supplies, and all
real property of said Respondent, situate in Florida, and to hold all such
assets pending further Orders of this Court.
3. Proceed to collect any and all debts due and owing Respondent,
including,but not limited to, funds held by aqents of the Respondent due and
owing to Respondent.
4. Apply to this Court for further instructions in the discharge
of his duties.

5. Appoint one or more Deputy Receivers to act for him and ta ~
employ such counsel, clerks and assistants as he deems necessary, and further

authoriting Lhe compensation of such Deputies, counsel, clerks and assistants
aRd all expenses of taking possession of the assets of Respondent and of con-
ducting these proceediRgs as fixed by the Ancillary Receiver and approved
by this Court, to be paid ouL of the funds or assets of the Respondent in the
possessivn of the Ancillary Receiver or caming into his possession.
6. Commence and maintain all legal actions necessary for_the con-
duct of this Receivership.
7. Not defend iegal actions wherein Respondent is a party defendant,
cortmenced either prior Lo or subsequent to his appointment as Ancillary Rece:ver.
8. Publish notice ance each week for three consecutive ~eeks af ,
the time fixed for the filing of claims against the Responde~t, NORTH AMERICAN .
GUARAN7Y INSUANCE COMPANY, in newspapers of general circulation in Oade,
Nillsbarough, 8roward, Ouval and Leon CQUnties, Florida, which notice shall
