9 q liquidate all of Respondent's securities on deposit with the
State Treasurer of Florida in the orioinal approximate amount of 5352,000.00
~ par value, as of October 5, 1967, convert to cash so much of same as may be
necessary to pay claims and expenses, and hold such funds and all other assets
coming into his hands subject to further Orders of this Court.
20. All persons within the jurisdiction of this Court who have in i
their possession, custody or control, assets of the Respondent, of any kind
whatsoever and~wheresoever situated in this State, including, but not limited
t~, nonies, books or records, bank accounts, stocks, bonds, debentures, ~
mortgages, furniture, fixtur~s and office supplies, and all real or personal `
~
property, are directed to forthwith deliver upon demand said as~ ts to BroMrard
Milliams, as Ancillary ~eceiver of Respondent.
11._ All perso~s, corporations or associations are, and continue to
~ be, enjoined from interfering with the Ancillary Receiver in the conduct of
these proceedings, the wasting of assets of the Respondent, the comnencement
or prosecUtion of any actions against Respondent or the Ancillary Receiver,

the obtaining of preferences, judgments, attachments, writs of garnishment, ~
~ or other liens, or the making of any levy or execution against the Respondent
~ ~

or the Ancillary Receiver during the conduct of this Receivership.
12. All persons having claims against the Respondent, NORTH
AMERICAN GUARANTY INSURANCE COMPANY, are hereby directed to present all such ;
claims to the Mcillary Receiver not later than ~ 1968~
~
or such claims shall be forever barred. ~
