tion existing under the laws of Florida, party of the second pzrt, J "
WIT~IESSETH, that for and in consideraticn of the sum of $1.00
cash in hand paid, th~e receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the
parties of ~he first part_have this day bargained and sold, and by these
presents do bargain, sell, convey, transfer, and deliver unto CIT~ OF
FORT PI~RCE, a pei-manent easement and right of way, including the
perpetual right to enter upon the real estate hereinafter described, at
any time that it may see fit, and construct, maintain, and ren~ir, under-
ground pipelines and/or mains tor the purpose of conveying sewerage
ovor, across, through, and under the lands :~ereinafter described, to-
gether wit~: the right to excavate and refill ditches and/or trenches ~
ior the location of said pipelines and/or mains, and the further rignt
to remove trees, bushes, undergrowth and other obstructions interferi~g
with the location, construction, and maintenance of said pipelines and/or
mains . - ~
The land affe~ted by the grant of this easement and right of
~aay is located in the County of St. Lucie and StaCe of Florida, and is
more particularly described as follows:
I,ot 2, Block 1, AMY ANNA PARK SUBDIVISION, as
per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, page
72 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
