W~REAS, Robert A. Shell and Vernice M. Shell, his
wife, by Indenture of Mortgage bearing datA the 15th day of
March 1~63and recorded in the office of the C lerk of the Cir-
cuit Court, in and for the county of Saint Lucie, State of Flori-
da, in Official Records Book 59, at Page 25, et seq., granted and
conveyed to J. S. Gleaaon, Jr., as Adniir.istrator of Veterans Affairs,
his successors and a$signs, the premises therein particularly ~
described, to s~cure payment in the swn of $12,000.00 with interest
as therein mentioned:
Lots 2 and 3 of Block 1 of AMY ANNA PARK Subdi~~ision :
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 4, at Page '
72, of the Public Records of Saint Lucie County,
Florida;-
AND WI~REAS Peter L. Cole, a single adult, now owner oP
said property, and who assumed said mortgage on August 5, 1967,
has requested W. J. Driver, now Administrator of Veterans AfFairs, ~
to release the property hereinafter described, being part of said
mortgaged premises, From the lien and operation of said mortgage;
NOW, TI~REFORT;, KNOW Yfi, that the said W. J. Driver, as
Administrator oF Veterans Affairs, as well in consideration of the
premises as Qf the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) to him in hand paid
by the said Peter L. Cole, at the time of the execution hereof,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, ;
quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation :
of said mortgage unto the said Peter L. Cole, his heirs and assigns,
the following described property, being a part of the premises ~
conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit: -
The South 10 Feet of the North 35 Feet of Lot 2,
Block l, of AMY ANNA PARK Subdivision as per pZat
thereof on file in Plat Book 4, at Page 72, of the ;
Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida; j
` TO HAVS AND TO HOLD thP same unto the said Peter L. Cole, ~

~ a single adult, and his assigns forever, freed, exonerated and -
discharged o£ and from ~he lien of said mortgage; arid every part ~
~ thereof, provided, always, nevertheless, that nothing herein ;
contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, ;
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid mortgage on the remaining °
part of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released ~Cherefrom, ~
or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof. ~

has caused these presents to be executed in his name on the 3rd day ~
