HomeMy WebLinkAbout0365 TO HAV$ AND TO HOLD the said premisea unto the Lessee, its successors and assigns, for the term of three years from the lst day of November , 1967, to the 31st day of October , 1970, together with an option to renew and extend this Lease Agreement for an additi~nal term of three years from said date of October 31 , 1970, at the ~ same rent as specified below and upon similar conditi~ns and covenants as contained in this Lease Agreement. In order for Lessee to exercise the above mentioned option to renew this lease, Lessee must give Lessors written notice of said election at least ninety (90) days prior to the last day of the original three year term of this lease. Said written notice may be deliver- ed to Lessors in person or mailed to Lessors at their residence address in Fort Pi.erce, Florida, or where othezwise designated ' in writing by Lessors. Yielding and paying as rent therefor the swn of TWO HUI~DRBD DOLLARS ($200.00) per month, in advance, on the first day of each month, payable by United States mail to the proper address of the Lessors which shall be furnished by the I,essors to the Lessee from time to time, the first payment for the month of November , 1967, to be made upon the execution and delivery of this Lease Agreement. 2.
